Dalia holds a Liberal Studies degree from California State University, Fullerton, a Master’s in Education: Teaching from Azusa Pacific University, an Elementary Teaching Credential in California, and a Standards Teaching Certificate in Texas.
Additionally, Dalia is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Nutrition and Wellness Coach.
Outside of real estate, Dalia Loc enjoys baking, playing basketball, staying active, exploring the outdoors, traveling, photography, and spending time with family and friends. As a passionate foodie, Dalia loves indulging in great food while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Born in China and raised in the vibrant city of Lima, Peru, Estela experienced a truly global journey that has shaped her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting with people.
Over 35 years ago, Estela Loc made her way to California and eventually settled in North Texas, embracing new opportunities at every turn.
From the age of 13, Estela has been immersed in the world of business, working alongside her father in diverse industries—jewelry manufacturing, restaurant management, and seafood exporting. These experiences instilled in her a relentless drive to innovate and excel, which continued after moving to the United States, where Estela sought out entrepreneurial ventures that challenged her to grow.
Over two decades ago, Estela Loc found her calling in Real Estate. She started in residential sales and built a reputation for serving clients with dedication and care.
